Making money in these lockdown days is a bit difficult due to many reasons, so people shift their interest in passive incomes.

Now the question comes, 

What is PASSIVE INCOME?

so, passive income is a mode of income in which you work of a particular time period invests your time, money, and energy to set up something which you are fond of, which will pay you for the time your company or your set up gains profit.

Nowadays the most fascinating source of income for everyone is the NETWORK MARKETING/AFFILIATE MARKETING.

1. WHAT IS NETWORK MARKETING?

Network marketing is also known as MULTI LEVEL MARKETING, it is a type of business model.

This business model works on the referral system for example- suppose if you go shopping someday in a store you really like their service and the stock which they had you were really impressed by the store and the brand.

so now what you do is you go and tell your friends that there is this new store from where you must shop once. 

Now your friends when to the store they were also impressed by the same they also referred it to their friends.

So now this builds a network from you which in turn increased the sale of the store which was because of you but you were not charged or given money for it.

This is network building and marketing a product to increase its sale.

2. HOW TO GENERATE INCOME FROM MLM?

Till now we have an idea about MLM, now the question comes how to generate income.

So to generate income there are many companies that work on the basis of network marketing.

Such as

•  Amway
• Herbal life nutrition
• NU skin enterprises
• Avon products
• Forever living 

Now in these companies, you first become a customer which buys a product then you refer the product to other people and convince them to either buy the product or to join the company to become the same what you are, after this

•  If the person buys the product from you then you generate business for the company for which the company will give you some points and those points will decide your level(post) in the company and the company will pay after a particular level you attain.
• If the person agrees to join the company as you did then also you will get points and your profit percent would increase which in turn will pay you a higher amount and this step would start your network.

In this system, your earning will depend on whether the product by you or by your team is being sold or not if not then your income could collapse.so product selling is the key.

But HOW MUCH WOULD YOU EARN?

Here the earning is not like a fixed salary, there is a profit percent which is decided for your post and it increases as stated above👆.

3. HOW TO DEFEND YOURSELF FROM FRAUD COMPANIES?

In this race, there are some cheaters too.

To be aware and to be attentive is one option but the check before work is necessary.

HOW TO ANALYSE THE GENUINE COMPANY?

• You must check the history of the company.
• You must check the founder and his history of invention and foundation of the company
• You should check the product yourself first before recommending it to others
• You should contact the person who is currently working for that company

These are some of the points to keep in mind before you apply for any company.

4.THE PROS AND CONS OF NETWORK MARKETING.

PROS-

• The most important is it provides a platform for earning 
• There is no age limit 
• It enhances your oratory skills, convincing skills and builds confidence in yourself
• Opens an opportunity to interact with different people
• Provides you a digital platform to work from home

CONS-

• It involves lots of rejections
• There are many marketing scams
• Sometimes you have to boast about the product which might not be true
• It takes time to grow

Network marketing is a good and simple to understand the system to earn money ( a passive income)

one should at least do network marketing once in a lifetime for the experience.

DO WE HAVE TO INVEST ANY MONEY?

In some companies, yes and in some maybe no but the money invests is in form of the product once we buy so I consider it as an investment but if the product is pretty good then it may not be an investment.
